"The staff at HD of Erie bent over backwards for me to pick up my motorcycle, I work on call with the railroad and the day I was to pick it up, I would have had to work, I called Denny at 2 pm and explained to him, he said come on up, they would have it all ready, mind you, it was an 1 1/2 hour drive home from work, 1 1/2 hour drive to Erie and they closed at 6pm. I never saw this motorcycle except for on the HD of Erie website. On the way to Erie, going through Titusville, we encountered a motorcycle accident with the operator injured, with myself being an EMT, I had to stop and render aid. This set me back 45 minutes, I called them again this time at 5pm and they still said keep coming. I just want to say THANK YOU to Denny and all the staff at HD of Erie for accomodating me and my family, and by the way the motorcycle is everything the website and Denny said it would be and a whole lot more. "I traveled to Erie for a family function and found some free time. As a avid rider in Arizona I thought I'd rent a bike to cruise around northwestern Pa. I stopped by the Erie dealership and met up with Laurie to make the arrangements. I have to say Erie H-D is by far the friendlest dealership I have ever been in. They took care of the bike rental as if they had known me for years. They also took the time to suggest a few different routes to travel. What a GREAT ride. The weather was great, the bike ran great, the country side was great. The only problem, the full day of riding was too short, could of rode another 300 miles.
